TERMS OF AGREEMENT

As a condition of your participation in the Happiness, Abundance and Millions Program (the "Program") presented by One Energy International, LLC ("One Energy"), d/b/a Everything Is Energy, you agree to the following terms.

  1. As between you, any person or entity claiming through you, and One Energy, One Energy owns all right, title and interest (including without limitation, all rights of copyright) in and to any and written or graphic materials (whether in written, electronic or other form) (the "Materials") which are delivered to you or to which you have access in connection with the Program. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce. Distribute, sell or exhibit the Materials without the prior written consent of One Energy. You acknowledge that One Energy will suffer irreparable harm in the event that you violate the provisions of this paragraph 1 and, therefore, One Energy may enjoin any actual or threatened breach of this paragraph.
  2. You acknowledge that One Energy may collect or record information relating to your participation in the Program, including video recordings of you, audio recordings of your voice, and written testimonials or emails sent to One Energy. You further acknowledge that One Energy promotes its future programs, in part, by distributing video and audio recordings, and testimonials of its past programs. By signing up, you irrevocably give One Energy permission to use and distribute recordings of your likeness and voice, and to use your name and any written testimonials or emails sent by you to One Energy to promote its future programs in perpetuity throughout the world without any additional consideration to you.
  3. One Energy and its agents disclaim any and all warranties regarding the Program or the results you may achieve from participating in the Program. The testimonials and examples used in the Program are exceptional results, do not apply to every participant, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. As with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss and there is no guarantee that you will increase your wealth as a result of participating in the Program.
  4. During the Program, you may participate in exercises involving self-examination and you may experience emotional or physical reactions. You acknowledge that the Program leaders are not medical doctors or mental health professionals. You assume all risks relating to your participation in the Program and you hereby release One Energy from all claims and liabilities based on any harm or loss you suffer as a result of your participation in the Program, even if caused by the negligence of One Energy.
  5. You understand there are no refunds after the Program begins. If you choose to cancel your participation in the Program you will do so at least one (1) business day prior to the start of the Program. You will email info@everythingisenergy.com with your name and email address to cancel. If you do not submit the request at least one (1) business day before program start date, you understand you will be charged for the complete program. You also understand that if you choose to cancel your membership you will lose all access to these privileges at that time, AND if you elect to cancel and then choose to re-join, you are not guaranteed a spot back in the group.
  6. You understand you are also investing in yourself and the Prosperity Tribe voluntarily, and you can cancel your membership to the Prosperity Tribe at anytime. You will receive the first month in the Prosperity Tribe at no cost. After that, if you choose to cancel your membership, you will do so at least 5 business days prior to your next reoccurring billing cycle to ensure your credit card will not be billed for future months. (Sorry, there are no refunds available for partial months used). You will use the cancellation page to submit your cancellation and will receive an immediate email response to confirm the cancellation. If you do not use the cancellation form or IF YOU submit the request less then 5 business days before your renewal, you understand there may be a delay in the process and Everything is Energy can not guarantee the cancellation will be completed before your next billing cycle. You also understand that if you choose to cancel your membership you will lose all access to these privileges at that time, AND if you elect to cancel and then choose to re-join, you are not guaranteed a spot back in the group or membership at this introductory rate.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY

In consideration of the services I will receive, I hereby expressly agree to release One Energy International, LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors and agents from, and to indemnify, defend and hold each of them harmless against, any loss, liability, damage, cost and expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) that I or any third party may incur due to my participation in this service. I have read and voluntarily accept this waiver and release from liability, and further agree that no oral representatives, statements or inducements have been made to me in connection therewith.



THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT WITH LEGAL CONSEQUENCES. BY SIGNING UP FOR THIS PROGRAM, YOU ARE GIVING UP RIGHTS YOU MAY OTHERWISE HAVE.
